A Taste Of Caliburger
I tried their BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger which is made with 100% Prime Angus beef patty. The patty was cooked just right and you can still taste the natural juice from the meat itself. The smoked bacon blends so well with their sweet and tangy house-made BBQ sauce. The lettuce, tomatoes and onions were very fresh and crisp. I am a cheese person and I love the American yellow cheese that they used in their burgers.
Aside fom mouthwatering burgers, Caliburger also offers Cali Sweet wings made with soy honey glaze. It's not too sweet and the wings are surprisingly crispy even when they are covered with the thick sauce. This is the only flavor that they have for the moment but they are considering buffalo wings in the future.

Aside from wings, you can also try their onion rings. Unlike other fast foods that serve onion rings, Caliburger's onion rings are always freshly made. Onions are freshly cut per order and dipped in batter with a hint of thyme.

Another item from their menu that I love is their milkshake. They offer creamy milkshakes in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Can't decide what flavor to order? Then go for the 3 flavors. If you are a regular customer, you would know that they offer the Neopolitan milkshake which is the combination of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. This is not in their menu and they don't offer it unless you asked for it. Another secret menu is the wild fries. This is their regular fries topped with cheese sauce, grilled onions, pickles and the signature Cali sauce.
The interior is a reflection of the carefree spirit that is unique to the West Coast.
Aside from milkshakes,Caliburger also offers soda, juice and iced tea with unlimited refills. They also serve Budweiser beer and is open with the idea of serving local beers soon!
Overall dining experience is great! The ambiance is very cool and hip especially at the second floor where you can smoke in their relaxing couch. Customers can also enjoy free WiFi in the area. Aside from the delicious foods that they offer, they also have friendly crew to serve you.
