First Look At Citadines Millenium

Last February 18, I was one of the lucky bloggers to view the recreational amenities and serviced residence units of CDC Holdings. Citadines Millenium is conveniently located in Ortigas, Pasig City.It is a 32-storey mixed -used development that consists of 96 residential condominiums for sale, 290 units of serviced apartments under the management of The Ascott Limited and 11 units of commercial spaces for lease. The Ascott Limited is the largest international serviced residence owner-operator with more than 290 properties in over 100 cities scattered to more or less 25 countries.

The new serviced residence aims to cater to business and leisure travelers who want the convenience of having all the comforts life has to offer. Citadines is located in the business and commercial district of Ortigas. It is located near the biggest shopping malls in town where they can enjoy shopping with friends, dinner with family or perhaps coffee with business partners.

Units to chose from include studio type, one, two and three bedroom units.

Some of the amenities and services include a 24-hour reception, daily housekeeping services, 24-hour security and closed-circuit TV surveillance, electronic key card access, infinity pool, Sky garden at the roof deck, a business lounge located at the 32nd floor, self-service launderette, gymnasium and functions rooms for private events.

The model units showcased the interiors which are clean and has a combination of neutral tones with a hint of nature colors like green.

The ambiance is very homey and relaxing.

During the blog event, mouth-watering Japanese foods were served courtesy of Aburi, which is set to open a branch at Citadines, Ortigas.

In the afternoon, those who graced the event were given he chance to unleash their artistic side. I have always wanted to try painting but never have the time to do so. And finally, I got the chance to try it!
