by - March 22, 2017

Spam® is a favorite canned meat by almost everyone. It is originally from America that was launched in 1937 as "The Meat of Many Uses!" and it did not take long for the world to love it. It goes well with rice and also makes a great sandwich. There are actually a lot of easy and delicious recipes that can be made using Spam®.
During the Spam Media launch held in Glorietta activity center on March 20, the Spam® team showed us how we can best enjoy our favorite canned meat.
Chef Sherwin Tee has a whole day of cooking demo where he taught us Spam-Mazing™  recipes like Spam® puto, Spam® tokwa't baboy, Spam® fries & chips, and Spam® shanghai.
During the event, the Senior Brand Manager of Spam® Brand, Jaynee Sherman, thank the Filipinos for their support over the years. Spam® is sold around 40 countries, where the Philippines ranked number 3 in terms of the number of quantity sold, next to the United States and South Korea.

At the Spam® Can Event, Spam® also launched their own boy band. All4Spam consist of 4 members namely Supreezy, Pepper, Ace and Mad Mic. Expect to see more of All4Spam in the coming days for their TV commercial.

Aside from sharing recipes, free tasting and fun booths like Spam® Can-aoke, and Spam® Dance Off, there is another booth called Make A Hero SPAMWICH™ . For PHP100, you can make your own Spam® sandwich and all the proceeds at the end of the event will be doubled by Spam® which will be donated to their chosen charity.
Spam® has been helping those who are in need for decades now. The well-known brand would like to continue with their mission of fighting hunger, promoting healthy eating and supporting childhood development. Children's Hour is the best fit for this mission, thus Spam® chose them as the beneficiary.
