Dynamite Spring Rolls Using Uni-Pak Mackerel

Dynamite spring roll is a well-known beer match made of chili stuffed with ground pork and cheese, then wrapped in a lumpia wrapper.  But let's admit it, too much meat is not good for the body and sometimes our taste buds are looking for a unique flavor.

Uni-Pak Mackerel has been in the industry since 1985. They use only the freshest ingredients and high-tech facilities to make sure that they deliver quality goods to the consumer. And when it comes to Mackerel brand, hindi basta nakasanayan the best na yan. With the use of Uni-Pak's Mackerel, we can create a flavorful dynamite spring roll that is a healthier option compared to the Dynamite spring rolls that we know.

Ingredients:
2 cans of 155g Uni-Pak mackerel in Natural Oil, drained and mashed
2 tbsp onion, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced
Cheese of your choice
20 pcs green chili, seeded and sliced lengthwise
10 pcs lumpia wrapper, cut into halves
Oil for deep frying
salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
1. Mix together mashed mackerel, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper
2. Fill each chili with mackerel mixture and cheese
3. Wrap the chili in lumpish wrapper
4. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown
