Hiraya is an ancient Filipino word which means “the fruit of one’s hopes, dreams, and aspirations. It is a proud Filipino bean-to-bar chocolate company who sources cacao directly from local farmers. The chocolate company follows a sustainable, socially-conscious practices, and fair trade principles

and Professional Chocolatier from Ecole Chocolat

Mission Vision Impact
Their mission is to improve the lives of cacao farmer communities through direct and fair trade and their vision is to produce a strong brand of fine quality chocolate and chocolate products.
As of this writing, they have one community composed of 58
farmers in Brgy. Malabog, Davao City. They combine business with good mentality while also contributing and supporting the local economy.

Hiraya Chocolate products are made from 72% dark chocolate and 100% locally sourced and all-natural ingredients. It has a fruity flavor with just a slight hint of bitterness. They don't use preservatives, additives, or any artificial flavors, making it suitable for vegans.
Hiraya x Kalsada Chocolate Bar with Coffee Nibs (70g)-PHP 200
It has a strong and robust coffee notes and made from premium coffee beans sourced from the highlands of Sitio Belis, Benguet Province.
Collaboration with Kalsada Coffee-PHP 200
It is a social enterprise based in Manila and Seattle that promotes specialty coffee from the Philippines
