3 Reasons Why Brilliant Cafe Is Worth Visiting

The province of Rizal is well known for its breathtaking mountain scenery and panoramic view of Laguna de Bay. I frequent Rizal province because of its rich natural resources that bring me closer to nature, just enough to unwind from the hustle of city life. Little did I know that aside from the magnificent landscape, Rizal is also home to many restaurants and cafes.

Last week, I got the chance to visit Brilliant Cafe in Morong, Rizal. Brilliant Cafe was established on November 3, 2019. It is owned by Ms. Glenda Dela Cruz Victorino and her husband Mart Crispher Victorino. They are also the owners of the famous Brilliant Skin Essentials Inc.

1. Quality and Affordable Food
I got the chance to have a quick chat with the chef of Brilliant Cafe, Ms. Bheng about the objectives of putting up the cafe. The owner aims to serve quality and affordable foods and that's exactly what Brilliant cafe is offering to its customers. Here are the things that you should try when you visit Brilliant Cafe.

Nachos 129 pesos
Everyone's favorite pica-pica that is literally overflowing with toppings. The beef is similar to chili con carne which is not dry and oozing with so much flavor.

Chicken Wings in Keso Sauce 209 pesos
I have tried a lot of chicken wings and I always end up with wings that are either dry or just covered in powdered flavored spices. Brilliant Cafe's Chicken Wings in Keso Sauce is the real thing! It is covered in generous and real cheese sauce that's crispy on the outside and soft and bursting in flavor from the inside.

Chicken Burger 160 pesos
This chicken burger is packed with real chicken meat that is juicy and is big in size.

Tapsilog 149 pesos
One of my favorite breakfasts is Tapsilog and Brilliant Cafe's version did not disappoint. It has the perfect blend of sweet and salty taste. It can still be improved if it's a bit spicy or you can also dip it in vinegar to add more flavor. It comes with free hot chocolate that is creamy and the perfect drink to kickstart your day.

Flavored Fries 79 pesos
Brilliant Cafe's flavored fries come in cheese, BBQ, sour cream, and plain salted. It comes with a mustard mayo dip that is perfect either for the flavored or plain fries.

Iced Black 90 pesos
I am a huge fan of iced coffee. I ordered my Iced Black with 50% sugar and is the perfect blend that is not too sweet not too bitter.

After meal tea 80 pesos
After enjoying a great meal, it's always good to have an After Meal Tea to help digest the food. I liked the minty and refreshing flavor of this tea.

2. Ambiance
True to its name, Brilliant Cafe has an elegant design. From the outside, it is painted in its signature Pink color. From the inside is a mixture of Black bricks, wood, and pin lights. The wooden chairs and tables can be found in the main cafe and can accommodate 30 people. They also bar stool type of chair on the side. The cafe has electric outlets and free WiFi which makes it the perfect place for both freelancers and students.

The cafe also has a basement that can accommodate 20 people. They have couches that make it conducive for relaxation while sipping your favorite coffee. The walls have inspiration quotes that can easily uplift your mood.

Aside from mouth-watering dishes and relaxing ambiance, Brilliant Cafe is also equipped with highly skilled, attentive, and friendly staff.
