Before you pack your things and go on a vacation at Caliraya Mountain Lake Resort, here are some activities to include in your itinerary.
The first thing that we did was to have a lake tour which offers the scenic beauty of the lake. Caliraya Lake is surrounded by lush greenery and mountain view. Other fun water activities to try include kayaking and a swan boat.
2 ) Zipline and Hanging Bridge
You'll get a better glimpse of the stunning natural surroundings of the lake and neighboring mountains by trying the zipline at the Caliraya Mountain Lake Resort. Even while it isn't as thrilling as other ziplines, this quick trip will nonetheless get your heart pumping and help you conquer your fear of heights. After finishing the zipline, you must cross the hanging bridge, another thrilling activity you must do.

3 )Camping and Bonfires
Spend a night underneath the stars and immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings. You can pitch your own tent or rent a tent with a foam mattress for added comfort. It might get a bit cold at night and having a bonfire while roasting marshmallows would be fun. Common bathrooms are located near the campsite so you can freshen up anytime.
They also have small and big cabin that is surrounded by trees and where you can have a view of the lake. The Big Cabin, good for eight people, is available for rent for PHP6500 per night, which also includes a plated breakfast.
4 )Go Fishing and Visit the Dragon Farm
One of the activities I enjoyed at the Caliraya Lake Resort os fishing. It's not my first time to try fishing but I always get excited while trying to catch a fish. This activity will test your focus, patience, and determination. It might take a while to get your first catch but it feels rewarding.
Just beside the fishing area is the dragon fruit farm where you can go for a walk and even pick ripe dragon fruits.
5) Make Memories
If you don't feel like engaging in any activities, you can just simply enjoy the majestic view and take as many photos. The place is Instagram worthy and there are a lot of spots worth capturing.
Aside from these activities, I feel accomplished to join my first-ever run. Takbo Cavinturismo was held at the Caliraya Springs Golf Club on June 11. By passing through some of the municipality's scenic locations, including Caliraya Lake (6K), Lumot Lake (12K), Bumbungan EcoPark (21K), and the Underground River and Caves System (42K), this fun run event hopes to highlight Cavinti as a haven of natural wonders. The Hamptons Caliraya, a contemporary 300-hectare development along the picturesque Lake Caliraya with luxury leisure amenities and an elite residential community, served as the venue for Takbo Cavinturismo.
There is an in-house restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On our last day, we had our lunch at DA Junction Restaurant, a few minute drive from the resort. This newly opened restaurant serves mouth-watering Filipino dishes at reasonable prices. Some of the dishes we tried are Crispy Pata (PHP600), Crispy Ulo (PHP650), Pancit Canton (PHP200), Buttered Chicken (PHP220) and Black Mas (Large Mouth Bass) in Teriyaki Sauce and Sweet and Sour Sauce (PHP180).
DA Junction can accommodate 40 pax and is also perfect for special occasions. They also offer Budget Meals worth PHP75 from 11 AM-2 PM daily. DA Junction also serves alcoholic drinks and you can catch their lives bands every Friday and Saturday night.
