Ada’s Garden Spa
Ada’s Garden Spa is a hidden away in Sariaya, Quezon that will surely calm your senses and feed your soul. This garden spa is known for its Red Soil Sauna or Infrared Sauna. It used an infrared radiant heat source similar to those used by doctors and physical therapists.
The body is warmed directly via the radiant heat mechanism, not by air. A safer and more comfortable temperature range of 110 to 140 degrees is used in the infrared sauna. In addition to promoting relaxation, the Red Soil sauna also strengthens the cardiovascular system, enhances blood circulation, reduces joint pain and stiffness, eases toxins from the body, deep cleans the skin, and relieves toxins and mineral waste.
I had my soothing massage following the infrared sauna. My therapist knows exactly where to apply pressure to reduce the pain in my back. Although the massage was excellent, I had no idea that stretching was the highlight of the session. My therapist asks me to lie down on her knees while she lays her back on the massage bed. She literally carries me with her knees for more than a minute.
It was my best massage session ever! And I promise myself that I will be back. The whole body massage which is a combination of Swedish, Shiatsu, and therapeutic massage only costs PHP499 and that includes the use of the infrared sauna. Ada’s Garden Spa is open 24 hours a day including weekends and on a reservation basis during holidays.
